Refund & Exchange Policy
At suit.au, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your full-priced item, you may return it in accordance with the policy below.
Because we keep our prices exceptionally low, we implement these policies to reduce administrative costs and continue offering premium-quality suits at affordable prices.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds for full-price items only.
To be eligible for a refund:
- The refund must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
- The item must be shipped to us within 7 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- All tags, packaging, and accessories must be included and intact.
2. Items Not Eligible for Refund
- Sale items or discounted items
- Items showing wear, damage, alteration, or missing packaging
- Items shipped after the 7-day return window
3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all postage costs to return their item.
We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, as suit.au is not responsible for lost return parcels.
4. Refund Process
Once your return arrives and passes inspection:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 3–21 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment method.
If the item is not approved (e.g., worn, damaged, missing tags), it will be returned to you at your cost.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges on all items, including sale items. Exchange request must be made within 3 days of delivery and items must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for an exchange. All return postage costs for exchanges are at the customer’s expense. You may exchange multiple items, but only one exchange request per order is permitted.
Your new item will be dispatched once the returned item has been received and has passed our inspection.
If the requested size is unavailable, we will offer a suitable alternative.
Exchange items must:
· Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
· Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories, intact and undamaged
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can assist quickly.
