We currently ship to Australian addresses only. Please read the information below carefully before placing your order.

Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Please ensure that all shipping details entered at checkout are accurate and complete to avoid delays.

Free for orders over $300
A flat-rate fee applies to orders under $300 (calculated at checkout)
Estimated delivery time: 3–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location

All parcels include tracking, which will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g., postal delays, high-volume periods).

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses or by issues within the Australia Post network.
If your parcel is marked as delivered or becomes delayed after dispatch, please contact Australia Post directly using your tracking details.
Once dispatched, SuitUp is not responsible for items lost, delayed, or damaged in transit. Delivery is handled by Australia Post and other third party carriers. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
