1. Orders & Payment

- All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (if applicable).
- Orders must be paid in full before dispatch.

2. Shipping & Delivery

- We ship Australia-wide only.
- Orders are dispatched within 3 business days.
- Delivery times may vary depending on location and postal services.

3. Returns & Exchanges

- Returns for change of mind are accepted for full-price items only within 7 days of delivery if the item is in unused, resalable condition with tags attached.
- Sale or promotional items are not eligible for change-of-mind refunds but can be exchanged if in resalable condition.
- Faulty or misdescribed products will be handled in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
