Welcome to SUITUP at www.suitup.au. These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of our website and purchases made through it. Please read them together with our Refund & Exchange Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Orders & Payment

• All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

• Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

• Orders must be paid in full before dispatch.

• Products are subject to availability. If we cannot supply an item you have ordered, we will contact you. You may agree to an alternative or receive a refund for the unavailable item.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship within Australia only.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the delivery provider.

• Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed.

• If your order is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can investigate and assist. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Our Refund & Exchange Policy sets out the full conditions for returns and exchanges and forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Change of Mind

“Change of mind” includes choosing an unsuitable size, disliking the fit, cut, style, colour or fabric feel, or deciding that you no longer want the item, provided the item matches its description and any sizing information supplied and otherwise meets the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

• Full-priced items: Eligible for a change-of-mind refund or exchange, subject to our Refund & Exchange Policy.

• Sale or discounted items: Eligible for a change-of-mind exchange only, subject to availability and our Refund & Exchange Policy. Change-of-mind refunds are not available.

• Final Sale items: Items expressly marked Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for change-of-mind refunds or exchanges, including requests relating to size or fit.

For eligible change-of-mind returns and exchanges, you must contact us within 3 calendar days after delivery and lodge the return parcel with the carrier within 7 calendar days after delivery. The day after delivery is day one.

Items must meet the condition, tag, packaging and accessory requirements in our Refund & Exchange Policy. Customers are responsible for change-of-mind return postage and replacement delivery charges.

Only one change-of-mind exchange request per order is permitted. Multiple eligible items may be included in that request. Replacement items supplied through an exchange are not eligible for a further change-of-mind refund or exchange.

For discounted items, an unavailable replacement does not create a right to a change-of-mind refund. For full-priced items, a refund may be requested instead if the original request and return met the refund conditions.

Faulty, Damaged, Misdescribed or Incorrectly Supplied Items

These change-of-mind restrictions do not apply to remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law. Consumer guarantees apply to full-priced, discounted and Final Sale items.

4. Privacy

We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, including information collected when you browse our website, place an order or contact us.

5. Intellectual Property

Website content, including text, images, logos and designs, is owned by SUITUP or used with permission from the relevant rights holder.

Except as permitted by law, you must not reproduce, distribute or commercially use this content without permission from SUITUP or the relevant rights holder.

6. Liability & Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to those rights, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or purchase of our products.

This limitation does not apply where doing so would limit a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and applicable Commonwealth laws.

This does not limit any mandatory consumer protections or rights available to you under applicable law.
